FF154 adds support for the
errorevent onRTCDtlsTransportin https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1805447. This adds the sub feature.Also tested in https://collector.openwebdocs.org/tests/api/RTCDtlsTransport/error_event
